When 30,000 people meet, eat together and enjoy themselves every evening for a week at the DHL Relay in Fælledparken, CO2 emissions are unavoidable. But we have a strong focus on minimizing our climate impact, and not least on waste sorting and reducing food waste.

As a participant in the DHL Relay, you can help make a difference. Thank you for your efforts.

• Think about how you will sort waste in your tent. Bring racks/buckets for the bags, make signs, etc.
• Minimize your waste by limiting what you bring to Fælledparken in terms of packaging etc.
• Consider transportation to Fælledparken. The easiest way to get to us is by public transportation or by bike. Arrange a carpool if necessary.
• Reuse the running shirts from year to year. Use prints without a year so that only new colleagues need to be produced.
• Think about greener food. Take advantage of the catering options of our three suppliers who deliver pre-ordered relay menus on the day in Fælledparken. This way you limit food waste and grill smoke.
