Here’s your checklist – so you’re all set and good to go
For 46 years, we’ve been inviting people to the world’s best team day in Fælledparken. Non-profit, non-stop fun and plenty of good times together all evening long.
Got all the practical stuff sorted before the big day? Food, team shirts and deadlines? Luggage storage, drink vouchers and discounted public transport with your event ticket?

For participants
Start time & map

Public transport
Save money on your bus, train or metro ticket to DHL Relay Copenhagen. You’ll find the special DHL Relay event ticket in the Rejsebillet app. It gives you 12 hours of unlimited public transport for either DKK 30 or DKK 60, depending on how far you’re travelling.
Luggage storage
You can easily book a Volt locker for DKK 75. It can fit, for example, a backpack, jacket, laptop and valuables. You can access your locker as often as you like throughout your booking period. The lockers are located in two central spots in Fælledparken.
Food & drinks on the day
You can buy food in Fælledparken on the day if you haven’t pre-ordered.
Wedule here. hile supplies last, you can, for example, buy:
- Poke bowls from OLIOLI
- Vegetable and fruit shots, cakes and cinnamon rolls from Meyers Bageri, plus ice-cold still and sparkling water from Meyers
- Juice, sandwiches (including gluten-free options) and coffee from Joe & The Juice

Music and confetti
Please note, confetti is not allowed in Fælledparken. And thank you for being considerate of the tent next to yours if you play music.
For coordinators
Change the allocation between Walk and Run teams
We have started packing your race bibs, so after August 4 you can no longer automatically change the allocation between your Walk and Run teams. But don’t worry – you can still make changes at Sparta’s information tent in Fælledparken on the day of your participation from 4:30 PM.
Team shirts
Want to match, but can’t reuse last year’s shirts? Get a quote from our friends at LØBEREN. Find out more here. The deadline is 6 August 2026.
Food
Order a relay menu for 5 people and pick it up in Fælledparken on the day. Check the deadlines with the food supplier.
Tips for your caterer
Having food delivered to your tent by a catering company? Remember that there are guidelines for how and when suppliers can deliver goods to your tent. Check them here.
DHL delivers your race numbers
Don’t worry – your race numbers will arrive approximately 5 days before your event. And yes, they’ll be delivered straight to you by DHL.
Luggage storage
