Food & Grill

Your team booking automatically includes a snack box with salty and sweet treats and 5 vouchers for drinks. Other food and drinks must be arranged by you.

If you want an evening meal, you can arrange your own food or order relay menus from Joe & The Juice, OLIOLI and Meyers and pick them up on site on the day.

Checklist for your food supplier

See the checklist below for more information if you – or a supplier – are providing food on the day.

  • Driving with food etc. to your tent can be done to a limited extent from 14:00-16:30 on the day of your participation. See all about driving in Fælledparken in next section.
  • It is not possible to rent a grill or anything else via Sparta or Stafettelt. You are welcome to bring your own. We strongly discourage the use of charcoal grills and disposable grills. Use a gas grill.
  • Place the grill behind your tent to avoid grills facing the running route and be aware that grills and torches must be placed at least 3 meters from the tents.
  • Dispose of any hot charcoal behind tent 5 at Fælledparken’s bonfire area by the Pavilion.
  • Behind all tent blocks there are panels with free access to electricity. Remember to bring a cable drum (recommended length min. 40 m) to ensure that you can run power to your pitch.
  • The tent must be left clean and tidy as it was received.

Driving in Fælledparken
  • Driving with food etc. to your tent can be done to a limited extent from 14:00-16:30 on the day of your participation.
  • Driving on the grass is prohibited.
  • All cars must be out of the park by 17:00.
  • You enter the main path that runs across Fælledparken.
  • Access to the path is from Øster Allé and from Frederik V’s Vej – see the map here.
  • Bring a sack truck or similar to transport food and supplies the last part across the grass. There are no exceptions to this rule.
  • The driveway opens again at 22:00, where your stuff can be picked up.

Tip your food vendor about waste sorting

Tell your food vendors that all tents are close to a Recycling Spot where they can drop off and sort their waste:

  • plastic and food/drink cartons
  • residual waste
  • food waste
  • cardboard

You are welcome to leave glass and stacked cardboard in the tent.

It will be picked up later by our crew.

Special conditions in Fælledparken

With all its charm, Fælledparken is a special place – and there are also special conditions when it comes to serving food to larger parties in the park:

  • As a general rule, you are not allowed to bring food trucks, refrigerated trucks and the like into Fælledparken as a company or food supplier.
  • Limit power consumption by preparing the food from home. This ensures that there is enough power for everyone without overloading the mobile power grid.
  • Leave large ovens and other power guzzlers at home and instead bring food in styrofoam boxes that stay hot/cold for many hours.
  • Please note that we strongly advise against the use of charcoal barbecues and disposable barbecues. Use a gas barbecue instead. This will improve the running experience for everyone.
