DHL Relay Copenhagen takes place in Fælledparken on August 25-29, 2025. You will find the main entrance from Øster Allé just opposite Parken (national stadium).

DHL Relay Copenhagen is one of the world’s largest exercise events.
Every evening, 30,000 participants gather to walk or run 5 km. When darkness falls, there’s food and fun on the grass or in a tent.
Exercise and snacks for teams of 5
You sign up in teams of 5 people. Registration includes a snack box and 5 drink vouchers. Any tent rental and additional food must be arranged by the team, and is not included in the price.
Relay since 1981
DHL Relay Copenhagen has been organized by Sparta Athletics & Running since 1981 and is non-profit.
The profits go to Sparta’s work to develop running events and ensure good conditions for both children, young people and adults who practice running and athletics in the association.
Price and content
A relay or walk team for 5 participants costs DKK 870 + DKK 20 administration fee. Registration is binding and the price includes:
- 5 x bib numbers and 1 x baton
- Timekeeping
- Snack box + 5 drink vouchers
- Water in the start and finish area
- Live images from the route
- Team photo
- Start number sent to your door
- Possibility of a free +25 team deal if you are a minimum of 25 teams or 125 participants
Additional food, tent, t-shirt etc. are not included in the price. It is not possible to rent a grill via Sparta or Stafettelt.
