Join us at DHL Relay Copenhagen on August 24-28, 2026. Here you’ll find information to help you prepare for the day.
Before the relay

Do some group training with colleagues to get ready for the DHL Relay Copenhagen. Maybe meet up for brisk walks after work or during your lunch break?
If you’re running, you can keep each other on track by following our “Get ready for 5 km in 7 weeks” program, which is designed for both beginners and more experienced runners.
If you start the program before you go on summer vacation, you’ll be ready in August. Have a great trip!
Raceday

The easiest way to get to and from Fælledparken is by bike or public transportation – especially the metro. The stations Trianglen and Vibenshus Station get you right to the door.
Discount with an event ticket
Again this year DOT (Din Offentlige Transport) has created a special event ticket for DHL Relay Copenhagen. With the ticket, you can save money and use public transportation unlimited for 12 hours.The ticket is available to everyone and must be purchased in the DOT app closer to the event.
Yes to bikes – but not in the tent
If you arrive by bike, we remind you that bikes are not allowed in and around the tents due to fire safety. Thank you for using the bike parking areas around Fælledparken. -
All tents have a number. Your contact person will receive an email from Stafettelt in the days leading up to the race with information about which tent you will be in.
You can see a map of the tents in Fælledparken here.
Only Sparta’s partner Stafettelt handles tent orders and is responsible for the placement in the tents.
It’s a good idea to download the free DHL Relay Copenhagen app, where you’ll also find an overview of Fælledparken with the location of the tents.

Music, decorations and parties are welcome.
However, it is important that you show consideration for your neighbours on the other side of the thin tent wall and for the residents in the local area.
Remember to take your decorations home, so you leave the tent empty and can reuse them next year.
Confetti is not allowed in Fælledparken.

Thank you for sorting your waste at one of the many Recycling Spots in Fælledparken.
You are welcome to leave clean cardboard in a pile in the tent and our cleanup crew will make sure it gets recycled.
The plastic cups given to you at the bar will be washed up from day to day. So thank you for returning them to a bar or in the bin for them at our Recycling Spot.
We do not pay deposits for bottles/cans, but any deposits can be handed in at the bars.

In the weeks leading up to the DHL Relay Race, the DHL Stafetten København app will be updated. It is very useful on the day and in the days after.
Here you can, for example, find your tent on the interactive map, see live results, view team photos and find the programme, start times and practical information.
Please note that the app will not be updated until immediately prior to the event on 24-28 August 2026.

The tent must be returned clean and in the same condition as you received it.
You can leave clean cardboard in a pile in the tent. Our cleanup crew will make sure it gets recycled.

The official program in Fælledparken ends when the last runner has finished at approximately 21:30.
From here you are welcome to continue the socializing in the tents at your own risk and with consideration for our neighbors in Østerbro.
The tent must be left clean and ready for the next day’s participants.

Keep your belongings safe during the DHL Relay by booking a Volt locker.
As a private individual, you can easily book a locker for DKK 75. Alternatively, choose a company solution to simplify things for your employees – the price per locker decreases the more you book.
Each locker measures 30 x 30 x 50 cm and offers plenty of space for a backpack, jacket, laptop, and valuables. You can access your locker freely as often as you like throughout the entire booking period.
The lockers are located at two central spots in Fælledparken – at each end of the paved main path running across the park from Parken Stadium to Rigshospitalet.
The locations are:
- “Main Entrance Øster Allé” (closest to Parken Stadium) and
- “Main Entrance Frederik V’s Vej” (closest to Rigshospitalet)
With private booking, you choose the location when booking. For company bookings, employees select their preferred location when entering their company code.
We recommend booking in advance to secure availability.
Any remaining lockers can also be booked on-site via the QR code displayed at the lockers, and on-site support will be available on the day.

For companies that want to offer employees an easy and secure storage solution. Employees receive a company code and can access their locker freely during the booking period.

Have you lost or found lost property in Fælledparken? Stop by Sparta’s information tent in Fælledparken, where we also hand out the snack boxes (close to the main entrance and start/finish for the runners).
After the relay, lost property will be stored for about a month at Sparta, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, Østerbro.
