The relay menu is booked in advance (no later than 3 days before your participation) and picked up on site the day you participate.
JOES relay menu
A relay menu for 5 people costs DKK 850 in total and consists of:
- A sandwich (avocado, chicken or tuna)
- A juice (choose between 4 kinds)
- Ginger shot
- Protein bar
And a nice feature is that the team doesn’t have to eat the same thing. You can mix and match which juices and sandwiches you want in your package.
So in the same menu, you can order for both vegetarian, fish and meat eaters.
